Why was October 1998 an historical moment ?

The first NATO ultimatum to Yugoslavia

The appeal was sent to the press and published online October 10, 1998 - three days before the deadline for the first NATO ultimatum to Yugoslavia. One day later NATO extended the ultimatum until October 26. Four days before this second deadline, NATO and Yugoslavia reached an agreement to deploy 2000 observers in Kosovo. We included these new developments in our appeal.
The UCK didn't have to kill some observers so that NATO had a reason to start bombing. Another hoax ( the Racak massacre ) and another ultimatum (Rambouillet) impossible to accept - and the bombing could start.

Evil without mask and the collapse of western society

The destruction of the values of truth and justice in one society mark inexorably its fall. The times preceeding the two world wars (1914, 1933-1939) were different :  people were going to be used as cannon fodder but, because they were mislead into believing in some values,  so many were parading, full of energy, singing and ready to die for a cause. As NATO issued the first ultimatum to Yugolavia we have a new unprecedented situation - there aren't any soldiers ready to die for the UCK. October 1998 is a historical moment for two main reasons : From then on, for the forces of evil, there were no more doubts left : they reigned over sheeple. Now they could even resort to tell the naked truth - initimidate them without expecting any dangerous reaction. To take one of the best examples : the reason why the documentary "It started with a lie" was shown in the first channel of German State Television ARD, February 8, 2001. It was not a leak in media control. It was to make clear to all that they now live in a reign ruled by terror. The lies of the German Defence Minister - Goebbels would be jealous - leading to the bombing were exposed, one after the other, using the testimony of witnesses.  The prime time news followed - presented as business as usual ...
